Shipping Policy
Shipping
Our policy is to ship your order as soon as possible Monday through Friday. In most cases, orders will ship same day or next day via USPS, with the exception being back in stock days or sale days.
Local Pickup*
Now offering in-store pickup! If you live close to Bigfork MT, choose this option at checkout and your order will be ready within 24 hours. Our pickup location is located within the Shield Arm's retail store - 12090 MT HWY 83, BIGFORK, MT.
*Orders that are not picked up the following day will receive a courtesy call as a reminder. If your order is not picked up the day after the call, it will be cancelled and you will receive a refund per our cancellation policy.
USPS Economy
We offer flat rate USPS Economy shipping with tracking. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will re-ship your order. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, you must work with USPS for a resolution. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
Once we drop your package off at USPS, the delivery timeline is outside of our control.

We offer flat rate USPS Priority shipping with tracking. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will re-ship your order. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, you must work with USPS for a resolution. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.

Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up to the time of shipment and are subject to our Order Cancellation Fee. We cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. We typically ship orders the day they are placed or the following day; there is a chance your order will ship before we see an email requesting cancellation. Calling to cancel an order is the best way to ensure we’re able to take care of you. Our customer service team can be reached at 406-837-3147.
Order Cancellation Fee
Any order cancelled after being placed with a credit card will be charged a 5% cancellation fee to cover merchant services charges we incur when your order is placed.
